With the Head Office established in Kandy in 2008, we operate as a leading contracting and consultancy firm and planning to expand our services across the Country by establishing branch offices in Colombo, Galle and Trincomalee, soon.
The company directors consist of high caliber industry professionals having over 15 years of experience locally and internationally. They are members of many internations professional institutes and pose highly ethical and professional approach, and with their extensive know how knowledge, we strive to make a big journey towards the success.

Our strategy for achieving the operative and financial targets is;
- To focus on core businesses in construction and development;

| Our Target |
|
Our financial targets reflect the ambition to exceed the industry norm. In each of our geographic markets and specific segments, we have established what we call outperform targets.
In addition to the financial targets – and as means to reach them – we have also adopted qualitative targets. The qualitative targets are expressed in Skanska's five zeros vision:
- Zero loss-making projects. Loss makers destroy profitability and customer relationships
- Zero accidents, whereby the safety of our personnel as well as subcontractors, suppliers and general public is ensured at and around our projects
- Zero environmental incidents, by which our projects should be executed in a manner that minimizes environmental impact
- Zero ethical breaches, meaning that we take a zero tolerance approach to any form of bribery or corruption
- Zero defects, with the double aim of improving the bottom line and increasing customer satisfaction
